Pricing and Payments

  • We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit card, or Cash on delivery through secure payment gateways.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer fast delivery services in Noida, Delhi, and Gurugram, with an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes to 1 hour for eligible orders, subject to product availability and operational conditions.

For orders from other states within India, delivery is usually completed within 9 to 11 business days.

For international orders (other countries), delivery may take approximately 15 to 18 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier service, and availability of products.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.), war, political issues, or other emergencies, delivery may be delayed. In such cases, customers will be properly informed.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are generally not provided except where required under applicable consumer laws.
  • Products may be eligible for exchange only in the following cases:
    • If the product received is expired
    • If the product is damaged or defective
  • To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (such as images or videos).
  • All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If a customer cancels an order within this time frame, a 4% deduction of the total order amount will be applied. (for prepaid orders)
  • The remaining balance will be credited to the bank account details provided by the customer within 48 to 72 hours.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and in such cases, no refund will be provided.

Consultation and Appointment Policy

  • All consultations and appointments are subject to availability and may be scheduled based on the doctor’s timing.
  • A booking confirmation is required to secure your appointment.
  • Consultation services provided through the website or clinic are for guidance purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes may vary from person to person depending on individual conditions.
  • All treatment decisions, prescriptions, and recommendations are made solely at the discretion of the doctor after proper evaluation.
