At Sharma Pharmacy, we strive to ensure that all products delivered to you are in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided under any circumstances. -
Eligible Cases for Replacement Only:
We only accept requests for replacement (not refund) in the following cases:- Product received is damaged
- Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Time Limit for Reporting Issues:
Customers must inform our customer support within 24 hours of delivery in case of any issue.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted. -
Condition for Replacement:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Invoice/bill must be provided

No Replacement in These Cases:
- Damage due to misuse or negligence
- Requests raised after 24 hours
- Opened, used, or tampered products

Replacement Process:
Once your request is verified and approved, the replacement will be processed within 2–3 working days.
