Return & Refund Policy – Sharma Pharmacy

At Sharma Pharmacy, we strive to ensure that all products delivered to you are in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

  • No Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Eligible Cases for Replacement Only:
    We only accept requests for replacement (not refund) in the following cases:
    • Product received is damaged
    • Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
  • Time Limit for Reporting Issues:
    Customers must inform our customer support within 24 hours of delivery in case of any issue.
    Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • Condition for Replacement:
    • Product must be unused
    • Product must be in its original packaging
    • Invoice/bill must be provided
  • No Replacement in These Cases:
    • Damage due to misuse or negligence
    • Requests raised after 24 hours
    • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Replacement Process:
    Once your request is verified and approved, the replacement will be processed within 2–3 working days.
